The TF series filters are installed at the oil pump suction port on the side, top, or bottom of the oil tank, with the suction tube immersed below the oil surface inside the tank. The filter head is exposed outside the tank. This product features a novel design, easy installation, high oil flow capacity, low resistance, and convenient cleaning or replacement of the filter element.

The TF series filter’s upper cover and lower housing are connected by threads. The filter cartridge is spin-pressed onto the lower housing and is equipped with a self-sealing valve, bypass valve, and a filter element contamination blockage signal device. The self-sealing valve ensures that oil inside the tank does not flow out during filter element replacement or cleaning.

1. Easy installation and connection, simplifying system piping:
This filter can be directly installed on the side, bottom, or top of the oil tank, with the filter head exposed outside the tank and the suction tube immersed below the oil surface inside the tank. The outlet is equipped with pipe or flange connections. The filter includes a self-sealing valve and other devices, eliminating the need for shut-off valves or other fittings in the piping, thus simplifying the piping and making installation convenient.

2. Equipped with a self-sealing valve, making filter element replacement, cleaning, or system maintenance very convenient:
When replacing, cleaning the filter element, or maintaining the system, simply unscrew the filter end cover (cleaning cover). The self-sealing valve will automatically close, isolating the oil circuit inside the tank and preventing oil from flowing out, making cleaning, filter element replacement, or system maintenance very convenient. Additionally, the self-sealing valve can be opened to allow oil to be drained from the tank.

3. Equipped with a filter element contamination signal device and oil circuit bypass valve, improving the reliability of the hydraulic system:
When the filter element is clogged by contaminants causing the outlet vacuum to reach 0.018MPa, the signal device will send an alert, indicating that the filter element should be replaced or cleaned promptly. If the machine cannot be stopped immediately or no one is available to replace the filter element, the oil circuit bypass valve above the filter element will automatically open (opening value: vacuum 0.02MPa) to prevent the oil pump from cavitation. However, the machine should be stopped as soon as possible to replace or clean the filter element to maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic system and improve its reliability.
