From simple dust filtration to efficient removal of multiple pollutants, air compressor precision filters are playing a key role in industrial energy conservation, cost reduction, and quality improvement.

The core mission of precision filters is to remove solid dust, oil and gas particles, and liquid substances from compressed air, ensuring pure, high-quality compressed air discharged from the compressor.

In oil-injected screw compressors, oil-gas separation filters play a particularly critical role–they determine the quality of the compressed air discharged from the compressor.

When compressed air containing oil mist passes through the oil-gas separation filter, the micron-sized glass fiber filter material effectively intercepts fine oil droplets and, through diffusion and aggregation, aggregates them into larger droplets. These droplets eventually settle to the bottom of the filter element under gravity and return to the lubrication system.

Applications:
In the food and pharmaceutical industries, precision filters provide compressed air that meets food-grade standards. Some models have filtration accuracies as high as 0.01 microns, meeting aseptic production requirements.

In electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, filtered, pure air prevents rust from contaminating sensitive components. In the chemical and petroleum industries, precision filters prevent rust particles from causing pipeline corrosion or catalyst poisoning. The metallurgical industry also relies on precision filter elements. They are used to filter the hydraulic systems of rolling mills and continuous casting machines, as well as various lubrication equipment.
