Product Introduction:

High-flow-filter cartridges, also known as high-capacity filter cartridges or high-flow pleated filter cartridges, employ a multi-layered pleated structure with a high-strength polypropylene support frame. The entire filter cartridge typically consists of an interface, inner and outer supports, and a filter membrane.

Its pleated structure gives it a larger filtration area than ordinary filter cartridges. It is generally open at one end, without a central support frame, allowing fluid to flow from the inside out. The end caps and filter layers are heat-fused, eliminating the need for adhesives.

Technical Parameters:

Filtration Accuracy: High-flow filter cartridges utilize membrane filtration materials, offering various filtration accuracies, such as the common 1μm, 3μm, 5μm, and 10μm. For example, a 5μm filtration cartridge achieves a filtration efficiency of 99.9% for 5 microns and over 99.5% for 3-micron particles.

Size Specifications: Diameters are generally large, such as 152mm; lengths are available in various options including 508mm, 1016mm, and 1524mm; inner diameters are commonly 89mm.

Operating Parameters: Operating pressure is typically 0-1.0 MPa, operating temperature is ambient, and the applicable pH range is usually 1-13.

Application Areas:

Industrial Water Treatment Systems: In electronics manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical companies, and food processing plants, high-flow-rate filter cartridges are typically used in the pretreatment stage to remove larger particulate impurities from the water, protecting subsequent equipment such as reverse osmosis membranes and ion exchange resins, and extending their service life.

Commercial Water Purification Equipment: Suitable for various public places such as schools, hospitals, hotels, and restaurants, meeting the filtration needs of large-scale water use.

Agricultural Irrigation Systems: Provides water purification solutions for large-scale planting bases, ensuring the quality of irrigation water.

Other Areas: Also used for filtering condensate from power plants, water filtration in the biopharmaceutical industry, and in fields such as paints, coatings, petrochemicals, microelectronics films, and fiber resins.

Product Advantages:

Cost Advantage: Uses fewer filter cartridges, reducing labor and operating costs; uses a smaller filter housing, reducing investment costs and saving floor space.

Easy Replacement: Filter cartridge replacement is faster, simpler, and safer. Its inside-out design makes replacement easy while keeping contaminants trapped inside the cartridge.

Superior Performance: The pleated surface design results in lower pressure drop and longer service life for high-flow-rate filter cartridges compared to others; allows high-flow-rate media to pass through the filter media, offering advantages such as high efficiency, low pressure loss, and long lifespan.

Good Chemical Compatibility: The heat-fused polypropylene material prevents particle release and unloading and has broad chemical compatibility, making it suitable for various applications.

Wide Flow Range: Multiple filter cartridges can be installed in the filter housing, allowing for a wide flow range, suitable for both start-up and continuous operation.
