The hydraulic oil filter is a filter component that filters lubricating oil and industrial liquids. It is usually installed in the inlet filter of the hydraulic system to remove metal particles and contaminants in the liquid medium to protect the normal operation of the machine equipment. When the hydraulic oil passes through the filter, impurities and particles larger than its pore size are retained on the filter surface, while particles smaller than the pore size pass through the filter and enter the system. In this way, impurities and contaminants in the hydraulic oil are effectively filtered out, ensuring the cleanliness and normal operation of the hydraulic system.

Structure: Stainless steel woven wire mesh, sintered wire mesh, iron woven wire mesh.
Filter media: Glass fiber filter paper, chemical fiber filter paper, wood pulp filter paper.

Features: Made of single or multiple layers of metal mesh and filter media. The number of layers and mesh size are determined according to different operating conditions and applications. They have high concentricity, high pressure resistance, excellent straightness, and are made of stainless steel, free of burrs, for a long service life.

Industrial applications include distillation, absorption, evaporation, and filtration for both coarse and fine filtration of lubricating oils and fuels. Available in a variety of sizes and configurations, these filters are quick and easy to install and replace, offering low initial pressure differential and extended cleaning cycles.

Hydraulic oil filter elements are suitable for filtration in the petrochemical and oilfield pipelines; fuel filtration in refueling equipment and construction machinery; filtration in water treatment equipment; and in the pharmaceutical and food processing sectors.
