PALL High-Flow filter elements utilize a pleated filter structure, providing a larger filtration area than traditional filter elements. The large pleated design significantly reduces pressure drop while maintaining high flow rates, extending filter life (typically 2–3 times that of conventional filter elements). The in-line, out-line filtration method ensures a high dirt-holding capacity, with a single filter element capable of flow rates ranging from 20 to 110 cubic meters per hour. This means the system can meet high flow demands while using fewer filter elements and a smaller housing, effectively reducing system footprint and operating costs.

Furthermore, the filter elements feature a large diameter (typically 152 mm) and a center-frameless structure, providing excellent pressure and corrosion resistance. Their pleated or multi-layered, tapered pore size structure achieves filtration ranges from 1–100 μm, ensuring higher throughput and lower operating resistance, which reduces the frequency of filter element replacement.

PALL High-Flow Filter Elements Key Features & Benefits
The significant advantage of the high-flow safety filter element is that each element can achieve a flow rate of up to 70 m³/h. While slightly more expensive per element than conventional filter elements, its longer lifespan and reduced replacement frequency significantly reduce the number of filter elements used, significantly reducing the size of the associated housing, and significantly reducing labor, waste disposal, and equipment downtime costs.

Consequently, the overall investment cost is lower over the entire operational lifecycle. Furthermore, this filter element improves production efficiency, ensures system and product safety, and reduces ongoing maintenance.
