The dust filter cartridge is a high-efficiency filter element, mainly used to capture dust, particulate matter, and smoke in industrial production to ensure air cleanliness and equipment operation safety. Its core features are high filtration accuracy, large dust holding capacity, and long service life. It is widely used in woodworking, metallurgy, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and other industries.

Construction and Materials:
Material: Ordinary polyester non-woven fabric, PTFE-coated filter media, anti-static polyester non-woven fabric, nano-synthetic fiber, flame-retardant coated filter media
Support Structure: Inner frame: Galvanized steel plate/perforated stainless steel plate
Structure Types: Straight, conical, pleated

Filter cartridges are made of pleated filter media of different materials. They can be damaged by external pressure. When replacing filter cartridges, handle them with care. Avoid striking them and prevent them from dropping to avoid damage and air leakage.

When replacing a dirty filter cartridge, be gentle to prevent dust from scattering. Clean any loose dust from the filter chamber before inserting the new filter cartridge.

Filter cartridge replacement requires no tools. First, open the locking mechanism on the dust collector access door. Once the dust filter cartridge is replaced, re-lock it.

Do not remove or discard dirty filter cartridges after replacement. Prepare a trash bag in advance and place the replaced dirty filter cartridge in it for disposal to minimize pollution to the surrounding environment.
