The melt blown filter element is made of pure polypropylene ultrafine fibers entangled by hot melt without the use of any chemical adhesives. The fibers are randomly bonded in space to form a three-dimensional microporous structure. The cloth integrates surface, depth, and fine filtration. The deep filtration structure with a sparse outside and dense inside and a gradient pore size has a strong dirt holding capacity. According to different manufacturing processes, it can be divided into five appearances: smooth/hair/orange peel/fine lines/grooved. You can choose according to actual usage. It is mainly used for particle interception, clarification filtration, and security filtration. It has good permeability and is a relatively economical pre-filter element.
The compact fine filters are very robust with a fixed pore structure. The process fluid moves through the medium in a straight line and can encounter up to eight obstacles in its path. The compact filter cartridges are widely used in applications involving water purification, RO pre-filtration, oil, mild corrosive liquid filtration, solvents and compatible gasses. Melt Blown Filter Cartridge core filters can filter at operating temperatures up to close to 80 degrees Celsius.
