Tilt mounting is suitable for low concentration, non-sticky, coarse dust removal in small and medium-sized dust collection systems. It is also suitable for retrofitting some older baghouses. However, it is still effective when used under large air volume and low concentration conditions, such as welding smoke.
The fixed installation methods of the dust filter cartridge are as follows:
1. PU sealing installation is generally vertical bottom installation, which is suitable for small diameter filter elements used in small equipment to increase the filtration area. It is generally not suitable for use under high dust concentration conditions.
2. The three-ear flange installation is to fix the flower board with gasket bolts to fix the filter element. The flange can be made of cast aluminum or stainless steel.
3. Round flange mounting involves mounting the filter element with a rubber gasket.
4. Side-mounted clamp-on filter cartridge with side opening door and sliding rod.
5. The installation of plum cover and clamp filter element are equipped with locking mechanism.
6. The three-jaw rotary installation filter element requires a rotary locking mechanism.
7. The number of bolts of the bolt-mounted filter cartridge may be different, but the theoretical principle is the same; They are fixed by passing through and screwing in nuts.
