1. PP membrane. It’s made of polypropylene ultrafine fibers hot-melt bonded together. It is a membrane material for deep filtration. The multi-layer pleated polypropylene structure can achieve graded filtration and high dirt holding capacity. It has stable physical and chemical properties and good pressure resistance, and is often used for liquid clarification filtration.
2. PTFE membrane.It’s a polymer compound formed by the polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene, with good flower stability, corrosion resistance, and high and low temperature resistance. It is usually used for acid and alkali solution filtration and steam filtration.
3. PES membrane is permanently hydrophilic, and its membrane pores account for more than 80% of the membrane volume. The asymmetric structure ensures high flow rate and super strong dirt holding capacity, can be backwashed and sterilized at high temperature, and has good pressure resistance. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, industrial and cosmetic industries.
4. Nylon membrane.Its medium is a hydrophilic nylon microporous filter membrane, which is made of a combination of nylon and polypropylene support materials. No adhesive, no fiber shedding. Suitable for filtration of organic solutions, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry.
